Manufacturing

Rotating equipment watched by vibration, not by ear — and energy measured at the machine, not only at the meter.

What we monitor

What we monitor in manufacturing

MON_01

Rotating equipment

Wireless accelerometers read vibration and surface temperature on the same machine — the two signals a remaining-useful-life model needs.

MON_02

Power and sub-metering

Consumption at the incomer, per line, per area or per machine, with clamp-on CTs from 75 A to 600 A and support for 4 × three-phase or 12 × single-phase circuits per meter.

MON_03

Process and equipment temperature

PT100 probes from −200 °C to 600 °C, with alerts on both high and low thresholds — bus bar temperature, pump rooms, heat processes and cold storage on the same platform.

MON_04

Compressed air and filtration

Differential pressure sensing across filters and dryers, with ranges from 100 Pa to 10 kPa, so a clogged element is visible as a pressure trend rather than an energy bill.

MON_05

Flow and consumption

Pulse counting on water, gas and third-party meters, for volume-based control and leak detection in the services that feed the plant.

MON_06

Cold storage and freezers

Extreme temperature monitoring for cold rooms and freezers, where a slow drift is the early warning.

MON_07

Distance and position

Distance sensing from 4 cm to 4 m for level, position and presence on production equipment.

Why wireless works here

Why this approach fits

Add devices without shutting the line — no cable trays, no containment runs, no production window.

Battery life of 4–10+ years on the wireless devices, so instrument maintenance does not become a new discipline.

Ranges of 1–5 km in built-up industrial areas and up to 45 km in open rural sites, which covers a large plant or a remote yard.

Wired devices join the same platform through an RS485 or Modbus bridge, so existing instruments are not abandoned.

An edge controller can run the rule locally, so a response happens in the plant rather than after a round trip to the cloud.
